Partner families invest 225 hours of sweat equity and complete 25 hours of financial education. We sell our homes at zero profit and provide a 0%, 30-year mortgage, making homeownership affordable. Our Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative seeks serve more families by responding to community aspirations with an expanded array of products, services and partnerships, with the mission of empowering residents to revive their neighborhoods and enhance the quality of life. The program has benefited 299 Salt Lake County residents including 189 children and 37 senior citizens. These low income residents are experiencing improved health.
