I LOVE to cook, and it is a pleasure for me to create wholesome, delicious and nutritious food that will also fit your budget. CHEF Sabine I was born and raised in the small alpine town of Goetzis, Austria. My mother let me help her in the kitchen from an early age on and I was hooked! Cooking has been part of my life ever since, personally, and also professionally for the past 25 years. My desire to know all about food, nutrition and cooking techniques led me to attend the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. I further extended my knowledge by training with some of the best chefs in Europe such as Helmut Benner of Altes Gericht Restaurant in Austria. Chefs Thierry Rautureau, Tom Douglas and Lisa Dupar are among the Chefs I worked and trained with here in the United States. I live on Bainbridge Island with my husband and daughter. SERVICES Private Chef: My Private Chef service is an in-home cooking service with your food preferences and schedule in mind. I will shop for the ingredients, then arrive at your home and prepare your meals. This can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly or daily basis. My clients are busy families in need of meal preparation support, individuals that just want to vary or extend their culinary taste; some customers have food allergy problems, some are new parents. My goal is to provide you and your family with a personalized meal plan that works for you! Where do we start? I will come to your home for a consultation and while I am there I will get acquainted with your kitchen. Most of all I am looking forward to meeting you! Parties: I am also available to cater for smaller parties and family celebrations.
