Since 1999, we have been providing our clients with all the elements to effortlessly transform a good party to a great event: professional staff, full service planning and most importantly fabulous food. Our events range from weddings, engagement parties, bar mitzvahs, cocktail parties, personal chefing and intimate dinners to corporate events. Whether it's a big bash at a museum, or small soiree on a farm, we will work with you to discover the vision, style and needs of your special occasion. Chef and owner Ryan Brown fell in love with food while living, working and eating in the gastronomic capital of Paris, France. A graduate of The French Culinary Institute, he has worked for Jean Georges and Picholine in New York City before starting Ryan Brown Catering. There can be a lot of waste in this industry, thats why at Ryan Brown Catering, we work hard to incorporate environmentally sustainable practices into our operations. Whenever and wherever possible, we purchase local, organic produce, and grass-fed beef, directly from farms. These farms treat their animals in a more humane way, their food is healthier, and best of all, it tastes better! In buying products from local sources, much of your food will travel less than 100 miles from a farm to your wedding or event table, which means that you get fresher food with more flavor and we are able to treat the earth and our community with greater respect. We know what it takes to make an event a memorable affair, so on your big day, you can just sit back and let our staff take care of you and your guests' every need.
