Answer: In 1990 Dan Decker and his Father set out on a journey to introduce the first portable braking system for towed vehicles. At the time, towing a vehicle behind a motorhome was just beginning to become popular. With the invention of the innovative Tow Bar Systems that allowed vehicles to be towed on all fours, and State by State laws enforcing the use of auxiliary braking systems, the market was in need of an easy-to-use auxiliary braking system. In 1994 Dan Decker and his Father introduced the Brakebuddy portable braking system into the market. The Brakebuddy proved to be a very successful product and dominated the market for over 10 years. In 2004, Dan Decker sold the Brakebuddy Auxiliary Braking System at the top of its game to a venture capital investment company. Over the next 5 years, due to a non-compete contract, Dan Decker turned his attention to developing several other Aftermarket RV products that proved to be very popular such as the RV EzLevel and the RV AwningClamp. These products can be found at RV Innovations. In March of 2011 Dan Decker introduced the RVibrake Auxiliary Braking System. The RVibrake is a culmination of over 20 years of experience developing the Software and Hardware needed to produce the best supplemental RV braking system on the market today.
