Our company was born from necessity and founded on personally owned and managed investment property throughout Southern California. We know what a real estate investor expects from our service. We are large enough to efficiently and effectively manage any size property, yet small enough to provide each and every property, every client and every resident our complete attention and expertise. RTI Properties' primary focus in multifamily property management developed from the need for quality management of mid-sized units found throughout Southern California; a demographic that we at RTI feel is seriously under serviced. It was through our own apartment management needs that we recognized that there are several independent brokers and large institutions that effectively manage the smaller and the larger assets respectively.
