Answer: RTG Films (est. 1995) is the leading Flexible Packaging Film Converter/Distributor in the USA. We supply films to various industries including Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Food, Contract Packaging, Tobacco, Confectionery, etc. Our current film portfolio consists of (but not limited to): Polypropylene (for Overwrapping and Flow-Wrapping) Polyethylene (for Stretch Bundling) Polyester (for Tray Lidding) PLA Laminations Printed Films Since our inception in Montgomeryville, PA, we quickly grew to become a major player in the converting and distributing of packaging films. We stock over a million lbs of film in master roll form from different manufacturers so that we can assist our customers with quick deliveries. All films are converted in-house on one of our seven PLC controlled slitter/rewinders which produce perfect finished rolls. Our lamination and printing dept (up to 10-colors) is offsite and we have daily trucks bringing printed master rolls back to our facility for slitting. In 2001, we moved to our new larger facility in Chalfont, PA to better support our customers and provide more space for additional converting equipment. As of 2012, we have further expanded with the addition of a large warehouse for additional storage of incoming raw materials (master rolls) as well as customer finished goods.
