Every attorney in our firm will have their own legal assistant; the team dynamic between attorney and assistant is of paramount importance. The third step is providing all the feasible technological tools so that the attorney can efficiently do their job and provide prompt responses to the needs of our clients. Rather than over working our attorneys and staff, we provide an environment where everyone can succeed. While it does in fact cut into our bottomline as a firm, we get to work with people who don't hate their jobs. There's a lot to be said for that.
