Rock Creek acquires, develops, leases and operates commercial real estate in the Washington, DC Metro area. We have acquired and developed a variety of property types including office, multi-family, retail, industrial and urban mixed-use assets. Our acquisition structures include fee simple transactions, joint ventures, foreclosure sales, and the acquisition of partnership interests. Rock Creeks principals have acquired and developed several million square feet of projects and invest a substantial amount of their own equity in each project while serving as the managing investment member for each ownership entity. In 2009 Rock Creek closed on its first opportunity fund, a $25M value-add vehicle; in 2015 Rock Creek closed on Fund II, a $60M fund targeting value-add and income producing properties; and in 2022 Rock Creek closed on Fund III, a $100M discretionary fund targeting value-add, redevelopment and joint venture opportunities in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
