We are also very experienced with a wide variety of complex and special purpose property types and are skilled in the valuation of leasehold interests and other types of interests such as easements and development rights, as well as separating business value from real estate value for ad valorem taxation or other purposes. Bruce E. Jones, MAI, BCA, CMEA, CTA leads the commercial division and brings over 25 years of real estate experience.
