(Please list specific products/services that you offer) Project Management o Liaison between the contractor and the responsible company department head and operations. o Implementation of a proprietary designed excel workbook tailored to the clients needs, i.e., (daily contractor activity, costs of activities and product usage, budget tracking, safety performance, etc....) o Daily tracking of contractor activities. o Provide reports in accordance with the company specifications. I.E., (daily, weekly, monthly) o Advise and collaborate in the development of Scopes of Work (SOWs) and Contracts. o Safety audits of contractors in accordance with the company specifications. o Accident and Incident investigation by TapRoot trained personnel. Training o Classroom and on the job training for drillers and assistant drillers. o MSHA certified instructor for both surface and underground.
