Our services can help you to create your processes, and perform loads development, stress, fatigue, vibration and dynamic analysis, Proving Ground schedule development, build your test lab, design/develop your tests, use hybrid testing, build your own test systems, and collect/analyze field data We use the most advanced tools to support activities such as data acquisition & analysis, virtual prototyping, stress and strain based CAE fatigue analysis, dynamic analysis , kinematic analysis, and structural durability, for verification of components, assemblies and structures. We also leverage our extensive experience with servo hydraulic fatigue testing, to provide help with developing new test facilities, developing tests (such as block cycles), writing equipment specifications, equipment reviews, and consulting and training services to make test labs more productive. We have hands-on experience with test rig design, and setting-up and running tests. We are globally recognized experts in fatigue and real-time simulation, with experience in a broad range of applications from elastomers to modeling and testing full vehicles.
