The founding partners (Don Moser and Ron Pepper) have extensive experience in major retailer representation, shopping center leasing development, investment sales and repositioning retail properties to enhance their value. While leading brokers from the early 1980s to 1995 while at CB Richard Ellis, Don and Ron were consistently in the top 10 nationwide for all retail brokers.
