First, focusing on the recovery of Texas severance taxes associated with unreported gas marketing expenses, RTC quickly followed by filing our first refund based on high-cost gas incentives. Building upon our relationships in Texas, RTC filed its first Oklahoma marketing cost claim in 1993. Since, we have successfully established relationships with many operators, purchasers and state agencies, which has enabled us to file 10,000 + claims. Since being established, RTC has successfully secured in excess of $300 million on behalf of Oil and Gas operators.
