Queens Farm is an important service provider to a healthy ecosystem. Its growing fields, livestock, compost site and regenerative farming methods optimize the site, making it a leader in the ecological well-being of NYC and a model for teaching and research. Queens Farm is home to the largest, single apiary in New York City and hosts a live BeeCam to feature NYC's busiest honeybees. Each year, visitors representing the diversity of New York City and beyond learn and advocate through all aspects of Queens Farm.
