With a BA in Business Admin. and a BS in Construction Management, Andrew leads Queen Construction with his proficiency in administration and attention to detail. Andrew recently completed a large LEED project, achieving a Platinum designation and exemplifying his aptitude in integrating leading edge technology and sustainability. Queen Construction also offers Residential Management Services, providing and coordinating the services that protect the value of your home. This division of our Company is managed by Garrison Queen who holds a B.A. in Hotel and Restaurant Management and has a keen eye for detail. We provide for the upkeep of your homes finished surfaces, landscape, pool, water features, exterior hardscapes as well as residential services such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, vehicle delivery to airport, and home preparation prior to your arrival and close-up after your departure.
