Answer: Formed in January 1989, the Princeton Economics Group provides economic research, data analysis, and expert testimony to law firms and corporations involved in antitrust cases and other types of commercial litigation. Our practice areas include Antitrust & Competition Policy, Class Certification, Damages, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Trade, Regulation, Securities Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Products Liability. The firm has substantial experience evaluating economic issues pertaining to class certification, liability, and damages in cases involving monopoly, restraint of trade, mergers and acquisitions, price fixing, price discrimination, European competition law, and breach of contract. Members of the firm have advanced training in economics with special expertise in microeconomics, industrial organization, econometrics, and antitrust. Two of the firm's Senior Economists previously served as in-house economists for the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. The third Senior Economist previously taught at Yale University.
