Our practice areas include Antitrust & Competition Policy, Class Certification, Damages, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Trade, Regulation, Securities Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Products Liability. The firm has substantial experience evaluating economic issues pertaining to class certification, liability, and damages in cases involving monopoly, restraint of trade, mergers and acquisitions, price fixing, price discrimination, European competition law, and breach of contract. Members of the firm have advanced training in economics with special expertise in microeconomics, industrial organization, econometrics, and antitrust.
