We have funded over $1.7 Billion in loans and specialty credit since inception. Our firm provides investors with low cost access to short duration, high yield loan and alternative asset class portfolios by taking advantage of the efficiencies in the private credit asset class and investing in other alternative asset classes. The loans include the consumer, small business, and real estate verticals. The alternative asset classes include litigation finance and life settlements. We select loans using a risk-based pricing approach that focuses on credit quality, yield, and duration with the objective of achieving consistent returns that have low volatility and low correlation to other asset classes. The construction of the funds are designed to create diversified loan portfolios covering each of the major private credit verticals, including consumer, small business, real estate, litigation finance, life settlements and specialty credit investments.
