Be it a regional power center, a mixed-use urban core retail center or creating a 60-acre university village with student housing and retail services, our goal is to create uniquely designed retail projects that add significant value to their surrounding communities. Due to the intense in-fill nature of its shopping centers and mixed use communities, many of PDCs projects take over a decade to develop and involve hundreds of outreach meetings.
