Answer: The Partnership for Career Development is a nonprofit that leads career readiness initiatives to improve workforce and economic development in South Central Pennsylvania. It is a collaborative effort of the Capital Area Intermediate Unit, K-12 schools, postsecondary institutions, businesses and government.
