OVC gets this and offers support that's just right whether you're in Columbus, Dayton, or Toledo. It's all about understanding what resources are available and works best in each area across the state. Industry Training: There's a world of learning opportunities out there for Veterans and thier families. The challenge is that most Veterans don't know that these programs exist. OVC helps bridge the gap, connecting our Veterans to these programs, which means better job prospects and salaries. Sustainable Employment: It's not just about finding a job; it's about finding careers. OVC works with Veterans and the business community to identify employment opportunities with companies that really value their skills and experiences.
