Answer: Ohio Business Week is the only week-long program in Ohio where high school students practice tackling unique challenges through a simulated business startup while also having a real college experience. Ohio Business Week guides students through the entire process of starting and running successful businesses. After students pitch ideas to each other, each group selects one idea to create a simulated company around, complete with a business plan, financial projections and a marketing package. The week culminates with students displaying their company at a tradeshow and each group must present their company project to a panel of judges. Since 1989, there have been more than 50 camps impacting over 6,500 young adults in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
