Provide person centered education with our education materials - use our nutrition education cards for quick counseling sessions, or provide our booklets and tear sheets to clients who ask for more ideas, recipes and suggestions. Individualize education for clients by providing examples of achievable goals along with a variety of meal and snack ideas, mealtime parenting and physical activity ideas. Nutrition cards, tear sheets, booklets and magnets incorporate concepts from the 2010 US Dietary Guidelines, ChooseMyPlate, WIC and the USDA Infant Nutrition and Feeding Guide for WIC and CSF Programs.
