Energy NORTECHs energy department focuses on providing our clients with energy saving solutions through sustainable design services. By incorporating our energy services in the investigation and conceptual stages of projects, building owners benefit from a long-range view of the project and having an advocate for their vision on the design team. Our services include commissioning, retro-commissioning, mechanical design, energy audits, and life-cycle costing. Environment Our environment department provides services in three primary categories: environmental planning, hazardous materials assessment and design, and release remediation and response. Our staff produces environmental planning documents, such as Phase I ESAs and Environmental Assessments. Proper environmental planning can minimize costly schedule delays and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Health & Safety Our health and safety professionals and industrial hygienists focus on providing services that ensure worker and public health and safety needs are addressed, preventing injuries and incidents and focusing on proactive measures. Customized health and safety plans reduce lost time incidents and keep projects on schedule. Indoor air quality assessments and mold investigations can identify the source of occupant discomfort and design a plan to eliminate health hazards. Our experts work collaboratively to identify potentially harmful situations and design solutions that mitigate those dangers.
