Together, our staff of thirty forms a knowledge-driven architectural practice with a vision to work collaboratively to shape space and expand possibilities. From our new office space near the New Haven Green, Newman provides comprehensive architectural services from community engagement, programming, and conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy evaluation for higher education, commercial, K-12, library, civic and community projects. Our work has been acknowledged for its excellence in design, management, sustainability, and team collaboration with over 150 awards andmost importantlylongstanding relationships with and ongoing endorsement from our clients. Herbert Newman founded our firm in 1964 with a commitment to creating functional, nurturing environments that have a sense of belonging to the communities they serve.
