Answer: New World Winery Equipment, LLC, DBA: ENOTOOLS was founded in 2004. We are a service and sales agency representing or distributing inputs to production for commercial winemaking. Our mindset is one of higher quality, better performing equipment and supplies. Emphasis on service, the agency function of the organization comes from a core belief in consultative sales needs- based selling and adding value for our customers by solving the problem. the question behind the question is the one that most customers are trying to answer. This approach requires that we take excellent care of a portion of the industry; not crappy care of all of it. The cycle of urgency in the winemaker's year is one that is enjoyed by suppliers, too. We appreciate the stresses in the life of our customer and try to assist and allow for success where possible. We tend to attract and maintain the customer who is serious about the overall quality of their product and conscious of the costs associated with owning and using higher quality wine making tools.
