Answer: Never Stop Moving (NSM)is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing opportunities for womxn of all abilities, inclusive of trans, intersex, nonbinary, agender, gender variant people and womxn from underserved and underrepresented communities to gain outdoor experiences and education while being apart of an inclusive community. NSM aims to help offset the gender gap in outdoor recreation spaces by reducing barriers to entry for womxn. Barriers to entry include: equipment cost, education, transportation, knowledge of surrounding areas, intimidation, and community. NSM provides womxn-led mentorship and educational opportunities for womxn in the professional and recreational outdoor industry by generating a welcoming and supportive environment for all womxn to pursue outdoor education and personal advancement. Theory of Change: NSM aims to improve the lack of participation and leadership opportunities for womxn in the outdoor recreational and professional industry due to multiple barriers to entry by creating and fostering opportunities for womxn to become a member of the NSM community and participate in NSM's Outdoor Education Programs Outdoor Recreation Programs Outreach Programs and Training & Fitness Programs to maintain high retention in the sports included within NSM programs, provide mentorship and leadership opportunities to increase personal confidence and independence, increase knowledge of fitness, health and well-being, increase the number of womxn participating in the outdoor recreation and professional industry and gain leadership and mentorship skills and opportunities by creating a strong community of empowered womxn with the confidence and independence to mentor womxn of all abilities inclusive of trans, intersex, nonbinary, agender, gender variant and women from underrepresented and underserved communities to experience the outdoors and receive outdoor education.
