With total assets exceeding $130 million, NOAH offers a variety of loan products to support the acquisition, renovation and construction of affordable housing properties throughout the state. NOAH is also the parent company to MPower Oregon, which provides financing for energy efficiency upgrades for affordable multifamily properties.
