Answer: The Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) is located on Naval Station Newport in historic Newport, Rhode Island. The Naval Academy Preparatory School is the Navy's fourth oldest school; only the Naval Academy, Naval War College, and Naval Post Graduate School are older.
