Founded in 1992, NatLaw works closely with the public and private sector entities and developing countries and communities to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) thrive through increased access to credit and investment by creating legal frameworks that protect the rights of all parties. NatLaws work is composed of four main areas: Commercial law reform & best business and trade practices Access to credit for businesses of all sizes Promotion of alternative dispute resolution Capacity building programs that encourage training & education NatLaws projects have taken place in countries all over Latin America, Africa and many other locations in the world and are funded by international and U.S. agencies.
