Answer: In 1989, NASP was the first of its kind to pioneer the use of research-based and offense-specific education programs for shoplifting offenders. Since then NASP has earned a reputation for consistent, effective, high quality programs and services with a serious commitment to customer satisfaction. The fundamental difference between NASP and other service providers is that we are not driven by sales and the bottom line; we are driven by beneficial stakeholder outcomes. NASP has been the driving force in the study of consumer shoplifting and its prevention for nearly 30 years. All of NASPs activities, programs and services provide measurable results.
