Our solution is a novel electrochemical prelithiation technology that easily integrates into the cell manufacturing process. Compared to known hazardous Li-metal prelithiation methods, Nanoscales breakthrough roll-to-roll process uses a safe, low-cost Li-salt and is being designed for gigawatt-hour scale. The process is effective with a range of anode materials, from pure graphite to the worlds most advanced silicon materials. To date, Nanoscale has delivered pilot line equipment and will soon be deploying its latest large-scale equipment.
