Due to Monktons original work empowering the DoD, in Apr. 2020, Monkton was awarded the Mobile Apps to The Tactical Edge Ready (MATTER) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, FA2595-20-D-0001 for 500 Million over the course of four years to support mission capabilities DoD wide. MATTER offers a full life cycle of support: strategy, concept planning, design and development, pre-built mission apps, operations, sustainment, and training to fit every mission. This is just the beginning! We are quickly building and deploying mission apps as a service, continuing to make mobile apps accessible and affordable for more missions and more people.
