We work with realtors, homeowners, and buyers to ensure everyone is satisfied with their investment in a mitigation system. We work with you or your clients to install systems that meet all regulations, and have minimal impact on the appearance (and value) of your home. We are honest, transparent, and provide fair prices. Our team is passionate about the impact we can make with our business. Most people dont know much about radon and the associated risks, and theres a lot of misinformation online. Radon gas is the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers, and Minnesota has some of the highest levels of radon in the country. We want to see all Minnesotans in a healthy home, so we've partnered with the Minnesota Department of Health, and A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation and with the Minnesota Cancer Alliance Workgroup, A Breath of Hope, and the Minnesota Department of Health to create a pilot program which installs systems at little to no cost to homeowners in dire need, by offering special prices to the program, and subsidizing the rest of the cost with additional funding from the state. Since we began this work, weve installed 8 systems, both in the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota area for low income families and cancer patients. We are proud to share our expertise and resources with our community, because we believe every family deserves a healthy home. We're licensed, bonded, certified & insured. We are NRPP Certified for Radon Mitigation & Advanced Diagnostics, a member of AARST, and have worked with the University of Minnesota to create new radon training videos for their radon mitigation course.
