Our staff have over 20 years' experience in designing large and medium-scale, mixed-use developments, gaining planning consent and leading the procurement of schemes running to 500 new homes plus. We have worked with many of the major planning authorities, including the Greater London Authority and its advisors, Design for London, CABE and English Heritage. Method Architects collaborates with a wide range of other specialist consultants, putting together the best team for the job. We take the lead role in the design team, representing the clients best interests at all stages of the process from initial feasibility through to completion. We have experience of a wide variety of standard and bespoke procurement methods. Our particular and in-depth knowledge of the design and delivery of affordable (or social) housing has rewarded many of the major developers and housing associations operating in the South East.
