Founded in 1986, over its 37 year history, its Principals, have owned, developed and acquired some of the most luxurious hospitality properties in the United States and around the world. With acquisitions, development and investments by Merchants in excess of $1 billion, Merchants has established itself as one of the most active and well-respected investment firms in NYC.
