Mechanical Concrete will also drastically reduce your railway infrastructures maintenance costs associated with poor subbase and or sub grade failures. Eliminating variability at transition zones into and out of fixed railroad structures like road crossings, bridges, switches, and crossing diamonds is its purpose. Mechanical Concrete is also great for high vertical and lateral impact (force) zones like diamonds and switches. The products success is in its ability to absorb vertical forces, creating drainage and coupled with a geotextile fabric, eliminated foul fines rise from track pumping.
