Answer: This innovative ESG backed technology made from recycled truck tires has been used in Australia with great success in hardening railway infrastructures sub grade. Mechanical Concrete will greatly reduce subbase/ sub grade construction costs by reducing labor/equipment resources and natural materials needed by way of using crushed recycled concrete and or concrete railway ties. Mechanical Concrete will also drastically reduce your railway infrastructures maintenance costs associated with poor subbase and or sub grade failures. Eliminating variability at transition zones into and out of fixed railroad structures like road crossings, bridges, switches, and crossing diamonds is its purpose. Mechanical Concrete is also great for high vertical and lateral impact (force) zones like diamonds and switches. The products success is in its ability to absorb vertical forces, creating drainage and coupled with a geotextile fabric, eliminated foul fines rise from track pumping. With its drainage capabilities, the use in tunnels will create a much drier structure below the cross ties. Exclusively licensed by Jason Luce with the innovator and patent holder for the use in the railway industry throughout Canada and the United States.
