Answer: A one man mission to spread a beautiful message! What started as the desire to share my travel experiences has slowly evolved into my full time occupation. I first got the fever to travel in 2004 and on each trip, I always had a camera with me. Whether they were being kind or sincere, I don't know but friends started complimenting those travel photos and I started trying to top myself with every new image. In 2009, I took what I intended to be simply a brief sabbatical from my 9 to 5 job with plans to travel. I haven't traveled quite as much as I expected to but that sabbatical shifted into my full time concentration on creating and marketing my work as an artist. At the start of this journey I was strictly interested in photography but I gradually started letting my imagination run wild. My work has evolved to include digital art created in Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter as well as some mixed media pieces involving watercolor, acrylic, and some illustration. What path I go depends on the image I'm creating more than a desire to choose any particular tool. My grandfather was a rural mail carrier for over 45 years and loved it. He said the luckiest people alive were the ones who loved what they did. And while my path has gone in a different direction than his, I agree with his sentiment wholeheartedly as I love what I do.
