Project approach is very hands-on from the outset, starting with a careful investigation of many factors, including client wishes, budget, site, and local municipality requirements. Detail-oriented project management and clear communication throughout the design, bidding, and construction phases is followed to ensure a successful outcome. Work ranges from small, affordable bath and kitchen renovations to new construction project development and full branding and concept exercises. We prefer to be involved in a Design-Build capacity from inception through construction completion to ensure a fully coordinated and high-quality project. However, on many occasions, services are limited to design concepting, or up through receipt of permits and turn over to another contractor. After initial meetings, we can tailor a service proposal to your needs. Current work is throughout Southern California, Chicago, and New York; and is managed through a combination of in-person site visits, collaboration with local partners, and virtual meetings with consultants and clients.
