Answer: For more than 15 years, I built a career as a strategic marketing leader creating and executing campaigns to build community, drive revenue and scale growth for high growth tech startups, digital agencies, and Fortune 500s. On the outside, to others I might have been the picture of success. But the inside was a different story. For years, I struggled with perpetual burnout and didnt know it. I was exhausted most days when I came home from work. I felt the anxiety gradually rising. The to-do lists never seemed to get done, and somehow they were multiplying. Things felt harder and harder to manage. I knew there had to be a different way, and I desperately yearned for work-life balance. In 2016, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher certification to deepen my own practice and help me manage my stress. Over the next few years, I also began working with mentors and therapists who supported and coached me during this transformative time. Through the process, I uncovered so much about myself dreams I had knocked the corners off, limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck and afraid, and that somewhere along the way I let myself fade into the background while I was busy getting things done. I fell in love with the process of self-discovery and how mindfulness tools created the foundation for my many breakthroughs. Since then, I have been sharing the tools and techniques that transformed my life with those around me leading yoga & meditation classes, assisting with yoga teacher group trainings and workshops, and working with individuals through 1:1 coaching. As a coach, my intention for you is to be your support through the process guiding you to create space for yourself, rediscover what youre passionate about, create the right goals for you to achieve what you really want, and develop new tools and habits to lead a more easeful, fulfilled, and empowered life.
