Answer: LRP Recycling (LRP) was established for the sole purpose of keeping unwanted mattresses and furniture out of landfills. Millions of mattresses and pieces of furniture are landfilled every year. Due to the limited capacity of the landfills, fees to take in mattresses and furniture are high and some landfills are even refusing to take these items at all. LRP Recycling is a Commercial Mattress and Furniture Recycling company whose primary objective is to prevent mattresses and furniture from being dumped into landfills. We partner with Schools, Hotels and Military Bases nationwide to recycle their mattresses and furniture. Disposing at landfills is getting increasingly expensive, and in many cases, no longer allowed. Due to stricter regulations, space constraints, and decisions to ban mattresses from many landfills, disposal is turning into a less attractive approach while recycling is the smart and viable solution. Mattress and Furniture Recycling has proven to be less costly than paying a tipping fee to the local landfill. LRP Recycling will provide all the logistics necessary in removing and hauling these mattresses and furniture pieces to one of our processing centers where it will go through the recycling process.
