We also drafted the nation's first financing authority for renewable energy & efficiency measures on homes, businesses and governments - San Francisco's 2001 H Bond Authority (City Charter section 9.107.8) - which was key to both making CCAs deliver an entirely new utility business model, "CCA 2.0," & spawning the tri"solar finance" model in the U.S., from PACE to SolarCity. We are a leading energy engineering, program design, & policy firm hired serving CCAs & municipal utilities design programs, collect and analyze energy & infrastructure data, analyze risk, advise on power procurement, create energy cost & financial models for local build-outs, & present budgets for regional transitions to Distributed Energy Resources - local renewable energy, energy efficiency, microgrids, energy storage, & smart grid.
