Our goal always is to complete the negotiation on the best terms possible (creatively and expansively defined), and to do so quickly and efficiently in a manner that actually strengthens the relationship between the parties at the conclusion of negotiations. The nature of most matters requires that we negotiate or coach the negotiation of related Board-CEO and CEO-senior executive relations and dynamics. My success is based upon more than 33 years of negotiation over an extremely diverse range of businesses, industries and transaction types, and our study of the science of negotiation allows us to coach in real time both the art and science of negotiation to companies, senior management and boards of directors. By drafting or effectively managing all necessary documentation, we also significantly reduce expenditures on legal fees.
