The principals of LDI consider our past performance and current capabilities to be exceptional. Each LDI trainer is well experienced with more than 20 years experience, not only teaching the particular workshop material to public and private sector clients, but employing those concepts as well. LDI trainers are chosen for their knowledge of subject matter, business experience, training experience and communication skills. By applying principles of curriculum and training development, and identifying a number of adult learning principles, to include: a focus on "real world" problems; emphasis on how the learning can be applied; relate the learning to the participant's goals; and, allow for debate and the challenge of ideas. Recognizing adults are multi-sensory learners - visual, aural and kinesthetic - LDI incorporates each of the three types of learning into the curriculum to ensure the greatest opportunity for all participants to learn in the mode they are most comfortable with.
