The team nurtured trust as sturdy as the foundations it laid. Susan hired Rick Rahlfs, an eager and hard-working 15-year-old, to mow lawns and sweep out the dust at new project locations. Eventually, Rick went off to Washington State University, earning a degree in Construction Management. He came back to Lakeville where Susan gave him opportunities to grow. Rick is now the owner of Lakeville. Trustworthiness, high quality, top-notch customer service and integrity serve as the company's ethos.
