Come closer; in the display cabinet, the colored truffles look like edible works of art. Chef Kollar strives to use the best quality ingredients to create premium chocolates and give you a fleeting taste of happiness. His truffles are as pleasing to the palate as they are attractive to the eye. Using classic techniques he learned in Europe, he adds his own twist in the flavors and designs and adds local seasonal ingredients to his ganaches, such as fennel pollen or lavender. Chef Kollar and his team welcome you every day to watch and learn about their quality handmade chocolate.
