As required by the General Permit and the Water Control Board, QSP inspections are required for all construction sites greater than 1 acre in total size or of total size of phase project. KES staff integrates into the team construction process for a seamless team effort. KES provide Industrial inspections and necessary reporting for all SEIC codes as they apply to the State of California requirements.
