Answer: Building on personal and community interests to explore several ventures while helping others do the same. Focused on helping our LGBTQ+ and veterans around our properties in CA and AZ; especially our disabled people through housing, therapy, and education; in trades (health, construction, farming, etc), business, wildlife conservation, permaculture, sustainability, renewable energy, sexual and reproductive health education. To include a potentially breakthrough idea to prevent bird strikes at wind farms through providing an on-site sanctuary for Ravens and the disenfranchised people who will care for them through an educational sustainable on-site community for those we serve; with many projects there like growing organic food and creating fuel and supplements with farming things like moringa trees, breeding guinea pigs and quail, constructing passively cooled aircrete living structures and expanding through receivership laws and land grants. In conjunction with using the same receivership laws to assist other communities in removing the dangers of abandoned homes, by remediating those properties and when possible through foreclosure or tax deed purchases converting those houses to assisted living homes serving the disabled in our target communities and those who don't qualify as disabled by providing them the training in the trades to acquire, repair, and run those assisted living homes.
