Because it is locally owned and independently managed, Jackson's can keep up with the demands of an ever-evolving Tampa and deliver the upscale experience and tremendous value that our customers demand. We offer happy hour pricings Monday thru Friday from 4pm to 8pm. Our Friday night happy hour is a great atmosphere with our live DJ playing Top 40 music while guests enjoy the magnificent sunset over Tampa Bay. The team of our owner's, Jack Campbell and Greg Stinson, created Jackson's concept and development. Their combined 60 years of experience in the food, beverage and entertainment industry has enabled them to develop and blend the three hottest concepts under one roof: bistro dining, sushi, and nightlife entertainment. They feel that Harbour Island is the most ideal location for their concept because of its waterfront location, the growth of downtown Tampa and market appeal. The overall design of the restaurant and nightclub is an open air, exotic, upscale but casual feel.
