Answer: ISS is committed to the development and design of highly sensitive fluorescence instrumentation for scientific research, clinical and industrial applications. A subsidiary of ISS, ISS Medical, markets non- invasive near-infrared instrumentation for absolute measurements of oxygen and hemoglobin concentrations in tissue (brain and muscle) and functional brain imaging. ISS has a long history of innovation beginning with time-resolved fluorometers with picosecond resolution, we manufacture fluorescence instrumentation for time-resolved (frequency-domain and time-domain) and steady-state measurements. Including, a line of modular components for fluorometers: laser diodes, LEDs, high pressure cell and fiber optic sensors amongst an extensive line of accessories. Our microscopy line provides single molecule tracking and nanoimaging. Our Alba combines a scanning confocal lifetime imaging microscope with fluorescence correlation spectroscopy and we also provide components for microscopy: data acquisition cards for FCS and FLIM, laser launchers, galvo-scanning mirrors and detector units.
