Founded in 1977 as a full service commercial real estate firm, Inverness has prospered over the years for one reason - we provide an unsurpassed level of property management, leasing, lease administration, accounting, and acquisition/disposition services. We also offer clients and investors the highest level of leadership, market knowledge, and experience available. Inverness currently manages for a broad variety of clients including retail, office and industrial owners, with a combined portfolio in excess of 2,000,000 square feet throughout Arizona, California, and New Mexico. Our client base consists of local and out of state owners including financial institutions, private individuals, limited liability companies, partnerships, and trusts, and we are proud to have maintained some of these relationships over decades.
